well... depends on what your goals are and how much money you got. State some more info, may get you a better answer.

 

i want a reliable rebuild that will eventually have 400whp(my goal)...but not at first. it will be driven stock for a while first until i can afford everything. im just looking at my rebuild options..its for an s5 TII

 

Looks pretty good, but why the 80psi reg.? That's stock, I would run an fd reg., about 100-105psi. Just my 2 cents.

I like it, add new housings and a speedmachine thermal pelet its nicer then the Atkins. Stock OPR is 60 to 70psi not 80psi. There is no need for a 105psi regulator as that just adds more stress to the oil system, stick with 80psi. IIRC the FD reg does not fit the FC motor and is same OPR as FC but I havent rebuilt a REW yet.

i asked this a while ago..but im still wondering if its missing anything.

 

if i just use rx8 front and rear stat gears along with an rx8 e-shaft...what kind of modification are we talking here in a 13bt.
