You could use a cheap Hand wench from your local parts store. One will cost you around $20 bux and it will pull the car right up there.
One way move may be a different story. I know they rape you when you move across country.,

Tell me. How many rx-7s, or any RWD vehicles for that matter, have you towed in your long and prosperous life? 1? 2? 5?
I've literally towed hundreds, distances ranging from 1 mile to 800 miles. If anyone here is qualified to speak on the matter of towing 7's, I think I would be him. Not solely from my knowledge of 7's, but from my experience towing too.
If what you've "seen and learned over the passed 26 years" tells you that you should leave the front wheels unlocked when towing with the rear wheels on the dolly, then I hope you lead a long life so you can try to catch up with the rest of us in terms of knowledge. Towing a car backwards with the steering unlocked is a good way to put yourself, your car, or someone else in a ditch. And, how can you say that 2 front wheels on the ground, operating seperately and not connected by a common axle, could offer any more resistance than 2 rear wheels on the ground, connected by a common axle and differential?

Like I had said before, when you colum lock the car, there is play at the wheels. Not to mention that I doubt you would get the wheel to lock perfectly straight. And even if you did, the play at the tires will own you on the road... and if that response was an educated one, that came after those "26 years" I couldnt imagine the things you were coming up with when you were younger..
