What do i do with rusted rockers?

I have one side that is rusted through, one is starting out to rust. Can i fix this? do i need to have them patched, or can i have them replaced with rockers from another 7? is this a part that can be cut off and welded into place? do you have a set for me that are rust free? i can't afford to let my car rust away any further it hurts to look at right now!! please help.

That is a subjective subject: Depends on how much rust there is
