What is the difference in these turbos?
What is the difference between a stock turbo and a J-spec turbo?Are the J-spec intercoolers the same or different?

The turbos are the same. The intercoolers are different in their connections. The Japan models don't have the smog equipment fittings on them like the US models do. Other than that, they are the same size wise.
