So, my turbo finally comes back from Turbonetics. It looks BEAUTIFUL! They sand blasted her and then took her apart, dropped in a new centersection, and upgraded my compressor wheel to a 46 trim. She looks perty.... So I'm at my mechanic's shop (he sent it out) and we're talkin' about it and he tell me to work the wastegate. So I disconnect the actuator, and pull open the flapper, or at least try. The bitch is stuck! So I use the lever on the outside, and STRAIN to open the sucker! She does real slow, and I try to work her back shut. It's tougher than hell! and CERTAINLY wouldn't open up under normal pressures! So we determin that there must be sand in there! Has to be. Rediculous.... So he's gonna take her back apart and clean her up and hopefully that'll solve it. It worked like a charm before we sent it out. I mean, wow.. What if I just bolted it right back up and didn't check?! good bye motor.... Just sharing my story.

They have my turbo that they're fixing under warranty. Im not too happy with them myself at the moment.
