I need a little help with the Chassis wiring

I need a little help with the Chassis wiring


One side receieves +12v, the side with the white band. Where does the other side's wire go???? Main pwr relay?

the wires on each side of the main fuse box? one goes to the battery. one goes to the alternator. both get +12v
