Ok I have a 7.5 amp fue that blows all the time...
if i put it it get gets blown...
if i jump it therer is just buzzing in the car....

find whats causing the fuse to blow

 

2 things here, exactly which fuse keeps blowing? And if you just jump the fuse then your going to end up burning your harness. You need to know what your talking about so we can try and help you.

 

sounds like you have a short somewhere, room fuse runs interior lights, cigarette lighter, etc

also, do any warning lights come on when you jumper the fuse? like up in the idiot light cluster? It could be just the add coolant buzzer or something along those lines
