what could it be? help
i got a 88 not turbo with a turbo II hood and when i go true a little poodle of water the car doesnt want to respond what would i supose to look for the spark cables, the air filter , ignition what could be the problem. if somebody can give me some pointer it would mean alot.

Don't run over poodles with your car
I would reflexively check the air intake first if it bogs down. I run into similar issues on my belts when water splashes on them and they start to skip.
