Exclamation refreshed motor pulsating

i just got my motor back from the shop did a complete repair everything new inside, so when i started the car it was accelerating good but when the motor warmed up it began pulsating (like a honda when it has bubbles in the cooling system) any suggestions in what could it be?

One thing you could check is the TPS and w/the car completely warmed up til it idles at 750 rpm or so you want to check the voltage on the Green/Red wire w/key to on at the TPS and see if it reads 1 volt which is spec. If not then adjust the spring encased screw in front of the TPS that is part of the throttle linkage til it reads 1 volt.
