What compression is good compresion?

Hey guys was searching but couldnt find an answer as so many different results came up. Did a compression test on my fc extend port. It made just over 90psi on both rotors and i saw someone say that is a little low, it wasn't a proper rotary compression tester just a standard one that i put into one of the plug holes and cranked it a bit with the crank angle sensor disconnected.

So what is good and what is actually bad compression. My car is running the "unbreakable" seals, I don't know if you guys have them over in the states or if they are just an aus thing. I heard they lower your compression a little bit. I don't know if thats a myth though.

that compression is fine, there's nothing wrong with the engine if it's able to produce that much compression.

ceramic one piece seals do give lower compression results.

do not fucken use these seals, i have them in my rx7 and they are fucken ****, low compression seals which dont break but warp.... They will give low compression sooner than the standard mazda seals, these seals are only for race motors which get pulled down every season... Not for a street car!! Biggest mistake i made was use them.

I am running 18psi on a t04z daily. So I'd rather the extra strength.
