what car does the n250 ecu go to?

I have an ECU suposidly for an rx-7 that says N250 on it? is this a gsl-se ecu or some 2nd gen ecu?? i cant seem to find any info on it on here.

GSLSE is 304. I have no idea what a 250 would be.

If it does indeed say it's an N250, it is not an RX-7 ECU.
