More information is needed. what year? what model? what's been done already? what do you mean by "fun"?
A suspension refresh is never a bad idea on a car of this age. Nothing over the top, just fresh bushings, etc. New shocks and struts if you need them.

suspension. replace bushings. sway bars..
umm, depending how focused you are you could possibly swap out to a manual steering rack for those extra few degrees.

Um he wanted handling not power.
Shocks and bushings at least b/c those are probably worn out.
Also springs, sway bars and tower braces.
The stiffer the better the handling but the bumpier the ride. But just replacing old worn out shocks and bushings with similar ones will improve both handling and ride. Some people who upgrade to slightly stiffer ones still say their ride comfort improved, probably b/c their old ones were so bad. Tower braces also improve handling without hurting the ride, but don't help as much as the other things listed.
Tires can help too, but performance tires are expensive and wear out quickly.
Also do a search on DTSS, check it, and eliminate it if it's broken.

I have the front upper struct bar, but I do interested in the rear one but I heard if we have a RR we don't want our back to be too stiff or else we will loose are traction easily? anyone know about that.

Coilovers (if you've got the funds), wider tires/rims (preferable a staggard setup), and a LSD (which you might be able to find at a junkyard for fairly cheap).
