I have an 89 Turbo2 has full racing beat exhaust, hks intake, pulleys, and a fuel cut defenser and as far as i know stock ECU and remanufactured engine. What kinda boost can i run without damaging the engine?

 

without no doubt you are ready to blow up your motor with that setup!..stop driving it and add more fuel to it!. bigger pump and rewire it and get larger injectors!..get a boost controller to adjust the boost!..you can safely run the car with that setup to 10 psi!.
Also get yourself an air/flow gauge to monitor the air/fuel mixture.
