Question What benefit to getting rid of the ACV system?

I've seen posts about it, but just curious as to what the benefits of removing it is? Does it give you more POWER or makes the CAR run better?

it doesnt really give you any power gain, but does clear up the engine bay! also it should be taken off with the airpump since once you remove it, the tube taht exits the airpump is no longer pumping air in your cats...meaning in a few weeks bye bye to a burnt up cat

if you have no emissions, yank all that stuff out. acv, airpump. your going to need a block off plate for the acv. and are going to have to cap that 3 metal lines that are left over. also you must tap in the bov line to the boost sensor line. since the bov line used to go in the acv. or it maybe it was the other way around?

the only gain you will see is if you decide to remove your cats.

yep, no actual HP gains, its just uneeded when the airpump and cats are off. It gives you a lot more room to work around on the passenger side of your engine bay.
