What is this? (below BACV, above ACV)

Here's a few pictures, I don't know if I'm missing a hose here.. it's just an elbow coming off of something above the ACV.

(I don't see that whole part in the FSM or Haynes manual)

That is the tube that connects to yoru sub-zero start system, the tank on the firewall on the passenger side. im not sure the proper way to remove the system but find teh tube from teh tank and hook it back up for now.....on second thought cap it off seeing as you dont have the tank.

ah, thanks =)

That would explain the unplugged sub-zero sensor on the oil pan too.
