I took it upon myself a month ago to take of all the emissions on my car. It's an 86 N/A with 88 block and intakes, and other components. Someone told me that my car would work a lot better if I put it all back on. Everything is blocked of and all the solenoids are sitting in the city dump somewhere. I'm just curious if removing all the emissions will affect my motor negitavely. Thanks. -Steve

 

Not really, most of us here have our emissions crap removed. One bad thing is it wont pass an inspection if your state does that crap.

 

I'm not worried about inspection, I have friends in the inspection biz and they will make sure I pass. Ha Ha

Awwwwwwwwww, I'm not worried 'bout the hole in the sky, by the time it gets big enough to make a difference we'll all be dead. I'm just preoccupied with how well I can get my motor to run.
