What is it?
So I was looking at the wiring under the steering wheel area and spotted this jumper. What is it for? Should I take it out?

Are there a couple of wires involved with this plug? And what color are they?

There are three wires--- two yellow with blue stripes & one black with white stripe

looks like the clutch switch, so that the car can be started with the clutch out.

well that would make since, because I don't need to press the clutch in to start it
