what is it?

I have been having trouble with bad hesitation at 4k, everyone suggested TPS, so I checked it and it wasnt even hooked up. So i hooked it up and guess what? It got even worse! it hesitates whenever it wants to now. My question is this, coming from the same part of the wiring harness as the TPS is another wire, it hooks on to the side of the throttle body and has 2 prongs...what is that for?

get your digital meter out and set the tps. With a warmed up car it takes about thirty minutes or less if you have a long screwdriver to reach the tps screw on your turbo. Don't have to remove the intercooler that way.
