Question "we've lost power captain!"

so i was driving down the road, on my way to the store when i notice all the gauges and radio flicker, and flicker, and flicker, do a little epileptic seizure, and then the car dies...Basically, the car works like i don't have a key in the ignition when i do. lights work, i can get cd's out of the cd player, but you turn the key forward and nothing happens...any ideas?

Your battery died which was caused by an Alternator that is no longer working. Charge the batter and see what happens.

just because you replaced your alt dosnt mean it could fail. alot of the times at like auto zone and advance gets remanufactured parts. it sounds like your alt did fail again check your connections also check the body ground to your car.
