Cold start issues.. When running idles High till warm?

So. i did an auto to man swap. car been sitting while. Before the car sat never had this issue.
However when car is cold now it takes 5 or 6 tries before it will start. 2 or 3 if i keep the power on for a longer time before the start.

I thought it might be vac issue but Now i suspect fuel pressure issues. I have the pump on and i hear fuel flow threw the Hoses right back to the fuel tank.

Im thinking How can there be pressure if the fuel flows back to the tank. I don't remember it doing this before. However maybe by looking harder at everything i notice new things...
Back to the story. If the car sits overnight it wont start right up. I have to keep trying like 5 or more times . 15 seconds before each try before it will finaly catch. But when it does it stays at 2,500 till the car is warm,
Before it never even had a warm up cycle. IT would just start and then come back to idle.. It never did this before. I also noticed that i wire did break that go's to the top on the thermostat housing that controls the cooling fan. Sorta confusing because i already have a fan on the clutch powered by the belts. This electric fan i thought was for the AC system since it seems to be mounted on the AC rack ..

So the question is what sensor would tell the ECU to keep the car at high idle till the car is warm? Because If i put it in first gear and start moving the car starts to run very rough when the engine drops below 2,000 rpm when i engage the clutch..
Any ideas what i should be looking for? why would the ecu tell the car to stay at 2,500 till the car is warm? not enough fuel? Mas airflow sensor reading? im sorta lost as of now. could it still be a vac issue

first check the water temp sensor on the back of the thermostat housing, green plug. that can lead to long cold starts.
