wet spark plugs

Searched for the title above and came up with nothing usefull. My car start and runs. Starts every time actually. NO power though, I can't even get 1lb of boost. and right after I turn my engine off I pull all of my plugs and find out they're WET! after freakin running! The trailings are both worse than the leadings and one trailing was fouled. Anyone have any idea as to why my plugs are wet?
