Well Men, Its a new day and I am narrowing the search for intermittent no start...
OK, I tried disconnecting the anti theft system and she had a no start episode this morning, but did ok last night. If I had stayed around she would have started 30 minutes later...I did however notice on the main fuse box under the hood that the connection side closest to the strut tower there seemed to be some rust/corrosion there so tonight I'm going to disassembe and clean that...could be thats it...seems to disfunction in a certain temperature range, except for this morning...also, I''m going to clean the connections at the starter, as all grounds are good...any more ideas ?

I'm assuming you have a 5 speed? It doesn't click doesn't it, just nothing, doesn't turn over/etc? Does any of the other power come on/etc? If the power comes on and it just won't turn over, have you checked the clutch interlock switch? Perhaps it's hanging up?
