Smile The well behind ...

Okay, I'm somewhat chicken when it come to power drills and gas tanks. I am in the process of putting in a JLAudio sub 10w6 in the well that sits behind the driver seat and was reluctant to actually drill the board I'd made for the surrounding sub. I've got the fiberglass enclosure made ect but I'm hesitant to drill the MDF into the metallw/the tank sitting below it?? Thanks in advance..

I think the tank is farther back than that.

well, the gastank is not near the well your talking about. BUt i would be careful for possible brakelines ect... Jack the car up, get under and check area around drill for any parts that may be damaged.
