Weirdness in ABS system

Ok, my old abs box was a leaky piece of crap, so I replaced it with a used one bought from someone on the forum. (he did warn me ahead of time that his abs light was always on, but he wasn't having any leakage)
I had been driving with the abs fuses out, the previous owner had removed them to prevent the leaky box from going into abs mode on me and making the leak worse. When I got the new one in, and the system bled (mostly anyway, gonna do it again today after letting it sit overnight) I figured I would restore the ABS fuses and see if it works. So I strated up, and lo, no ABS light. I then took off down the street carefully with my hand on the handbrake, just in case. The brakes worked fine, but at low speed and low brake pressure, I heard and felt the abs kicking on. There was no need for it to go into abs mode, but it did it, and did so a few times beore turning on the abs light and ceasing to function. Maybe a sensor is fuxored and not reporting wheel movement? Any ideas?

I had a dodgy sensor once, sometimes the light came on,sometimes the ABS activated, sometimes the light stayed on.Put the Mazda ABS tester on and it identified the left rear sensor:changed it out at great expense and my ABS has been great for the last 2years.

abd removal? I just put a new pump! I think the pump is ok because the ABS was activating when it shouldn't. all the pump does is activate when told to....

My ABS is doing the same thing. It activates while I am at a stoplight or sometimes while I am slowly braking. I think it is leaking a tad, and that is why it is happening. I'm probably going to be removing mine soon.

Has anyone used the Mazdatrix ABS Removal Kit? Do you have any pictures of what it looks like?
