Weird Whine!!!

New problem with the beloved 7. when i ride any gears without stepping on the gas i get a really weird whine coming from somewhere undernieth the shifter. it kind of sounds like i am driving in reverse, you know the whine that the car makes when you go in reverse. if anybody knows what could be causing it please let me know. 90 Vert by the way.

Thanx
