Weird throttle body and manifold (s4/s5 mixed?!)

I recently bought a used TB and UIM from the for sale section. It had a good price on it and i'm in an ongoing quest for a working thermowax. Anyway, my TB and UIM is quite weird. For starters, the UIM only has 2 nipples on the back, one large and one small. I've seen some with 3, and some with 4, but never only 2. None of the nipples broke off either.
Next is the TB. The thermowax is an S4, but that weird plastic vacuum thing is not on it. It wasn't removed either because there are no threads. I know it's S4 because the coolant pipe faces towards the manifold (s4), not the firewall (s5). Next is the S5 TPS! Definitely not an S4. However, there is a lever for the OMP. It all looks pretty factory to me. Nothing seemed to be taken apart because it has the "20 year old stuck screws/nuts/bolts" holding everything together. I'm wondering just what I got?

None of it is a problem though, i'm just baffled.

OK I was at work, here are some pics. It all seems "old factory" as the screws are super tight/stuck.

why is there an OMP lever? 2 nipples on the UIM? S4 thermowax but no vacuum router?

maybe its some other country's set up. There were some differences in emissions requirements for some country's. obviously it shouldn't be japan we would have seen others. maybe germany or austrailia?

It does. S5 and S4 had those we're just used to not seeing them there. I'm thinking it was an early '89 from another region?
