Weird thing happened

I was accelerating really hard on a slight incline, and right when I shifted into 3rd, my car bogged. I immediately put in the clutch and coasted for a bit. The car idled fine, and ran great after that. For some reason it just bogged that once. My gas tank was a little below half if that matters. Any clue what this could have been? Im praying my engine is ok I am broke!

I've had my car for 7 years and the 4th gear still gets me sometimes as well. Got me yesterday as a matter of fact.
