My Rx-7 Turbo 2 is making a weird vibrating sound with the ignition turned on.
I removed the i/c to see what could be causing this , but i have no idea where its coming from.
It seems to get a bit worse when you play with the throttle.
And it only seems to do this when the engine is warmed up.

Anyone know what might be doing this?

And i have a little problem when the car idles , sometimes it misfires between 800 and 2000 rpm and the whole car shakes when this happens.

 

I just did the tps adjustment with the 2 leds method , and checked the resistance when the engine is hot and it was a bit out of spec.
So i have set it correctly , but i dont notice any difference and it still misfires sometimes at idle.
And i think the bac valve is making that vibrating sound , not sure but when i gently tap on it with the back of a screwdriver the sound changes.

Could a bad bac valve cause slight misfires at idle? and this sound?

 

yes, my bac makes the same sound, kinda like a cross between a buzz and a hum.
other wise, i dont know about the misfires and what not.
