Weird problems with S5 turbo engine

I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me with my car. I have a stock S5 turbo engine in a vert. The engine has just recently started backfiring and cutting out when the car starts to reach boost and when the throttle is opened quickly. Also the idle seems to wander from 500 to 1000 and sometimes sounds like it's only running on one rotor. The compression is good, At first i thought it was a boost leak, I went through the whole intake system to find no leaks. I checked the ecu and it is throwing both tps codes (12 and 18 i think) and the other emissions codes because they are removed. I let the car run out of gas just the other day while working on it. I put more gas in the car and disconnected the negative terminal on the battery to reset the ecu and the car ran fine after this for a couple of days but now the problem has come back. My next step is to check the throttle sensor and check to see if the fuel filters are clogged and if these check out ok could my ecu be bad? This problem has me very confused and would appreciated help thanks

if your idle is fluctuating like that its a tps problem also its throwing both narrow and wide range tps sensors. Normally, when the tps codes show up it usually mean the tps is disconnected or a wire is shorted out somewhere.

Adjust the tps. You are suppose to see exactly 1volt on pin 2f of the ecu on a warmed up engine idling at 750-800rpm, .8volts on the 2g pin of the ecu.
2f is greed/red wire 2g is Black/green wire
