weird problem under acceleration

If you throttle up slowly and get moving and you want to coast down the street its fine until you step on the throttle again then it has this sort of hopping feeling.

I don't know how else to describe it but it feels like its pulsing and making the car buck (sp?) And makes it uncomfortable. And its mostly at low speeds.

No I am not lugging the engine. This is at 2-3500 rpm

A better way to describe it is if your in traffic and you keep it in second but traffic slows down but then speeds up again but you haven't left 2nd and youre not below 1800 rpm it bucks

I have a similar problem. The car kind of accelerates, then cuts acceleration, then accelerates again right? But your pressing down the pedal all the same?

Sometimes when I press my pedal at around 3500 the car doesn't accelerate, but instead makes this horrible groaning sound.

I'm thinking my injectors are dirty

Or a mount is giving out on my car.

I'm planning on taking apart my injectors and cleaning them, from what I've read its a good idea regardless. Also consider changing your plugs, and checking your air filter. I've read these all can create similar situations, and if combined, make it worse!
