I have a 1990 Gxl (which was auto), which has a 1988 jspec turbo engine/trans, into the Mazdatrix custom driveshaft, then the NA Open diff rear end.

My car has basic bolt ons, intake, exhuast, fcd, mbc, koyo, no emmisions, no ps, no a/c, and i have done a little weight reduction. Im also running about 8-8.5psi.

PROBLEM NO speedo.

My question is, my car doesnt really feel like it pulls that hard anymore. I rode in a normal turbo2, and it felt a bit quicker. I dont think my engine is bad (i.e. low comp). Could the fact that i have the NA rear end, isnt it a lower ratio than the turbo one. Its hard to explain, my car doesnt really feel that fast, but i know it is sort of, i keep up with my friends evo. i dont know, any ideas? haha
