weird idle

weird idle

my car is idling funny it only does it when its war it goes from 750 to like 200 rpms and sometimes it dies any ideas??

Check for vacuum leaks, and test the TPS, BAC & water thermo sensor (back of water pump).

yeah my car does the same thing
except its not a low, idle its high and and doesn't die

Make sure your thermowax is working properly. If the plunger never retracts, the cam on the primary throttle won't close the plate as the engine warms up.

hmm i'll check that tomorrow, but it idles high for warm up then it just bounces after warm up whic takes a few seconds
