weird fuel problems

okay so, turbo car. na block, turbo ecu, boost sensor, afm, etc, 550 primaries 720 secondaries.

i had a problem where it wouldnt go over 4500ish, it'd just stutter like a fuel cut and my wideband would read 15-16afr. for a while itd go to redline in neutral, but eventually it started cutting in neutral too.

now i installed a walbro, and at 3k, it stutters and wont go over it, but the wideband is reading 9-10afr and i can sometimes see black smoke coming out the back.

but, if i downshift so that im over 3k, it pulls like all hell to redline, but the wideband reads 14-15afr, so that cant be good. adding fuel with the safc brought it to 12-13afr for one pull, but the next pull it was back to 14-15afr. and in neutral i can go all the way to redline again.

so i have a really rich spot that i cant get past, and if i do get past it its way lean.
with 720 seconadaries, i should be really rich but its doing this instead.

this car is so confusing.
