weird exhaust sound

weird exhaust sound

well i got my rx7 to start today, and it sounds kinda like a lawn mower, could this be clogged cats or the fact that its back pipes are falling off from rust?

If it has a buzz too it, its prob a leak somewhere closer to the engine infront of the cats/presilencer (whichever you have)
