When i go to crank it, it will turn over but wont start. So i continue to crank it while modulating the fuel pump (flooding, etc.). But then, after cranking for like 30 secs, i lose all electrics?

Then, if i wait a lil bit, and take the key in and out, then i can crank it again.

This keeps on happening though?. Whats the prob?

I checked the ground at the battery, its good, but i dotn kno where else to look?

OH, and the terminals and cable to the battery becomes VERY HOT, where the electrical tape starts to smoke and ****.

ANY IDEAS????

it is hot because you are drawing a ton of current through the wire for like a minute OR you have a nasty short. Be sure there is no corrosion on the battery terminals or leads and that they are really tight.
