hi, i have an rx7 89 s5 turbo and i seem to have a bad hesitation problem around 3-4grand and some times higher in the rev range when the car has been driven for more than 10minutes. Its fine when the car is cold or if i leave it sit for about an hour but soon as i drive it around for about 10-15mins it starts to hesitate badly will shutter at around 3-4 than clear up then again higher in the revs?
anyone have any ideas? Do i need a new computer? if so can i use a jap import computer on an australian delivered s5?

Have you checked your fuel filter?

 

Search for "3800 RPM hesitation" and/or check the FAQ. Also a Google search for "rx7 3800 hesitation" will turn up the answer.
