weight removal on centerforce clutch

anybody with a centerforce DF clutch or know of anybody that ever removed the weights on the clutch?? Mine seem to be causing the clutch to be off balance thus causing a vibration in the car. I tried calling CF tech support but nobody on answering machine. I don't care if it makes the clutch back to stock like holding power I'd rather have no vibrations. Just trying to save time and money thats all.

thanks

Is this a new clutch? If the weights on the clutch are causing it to be off balanaced, and they are installed where centerforce put them, then I'd send it back.

If you've had it for a while, it may be the transmission. Make sure its fluid level is full. A friend of mine had his speedometer cable end come out of his manual tranny and started loosing fluid. The tranny started vibrating and making other noises until we put more fluid in it.

this clutch has maybe 2000 km on it at most, but it was purchased two years ago (Its my summer car and I don't drive it much) so I cant return it. The weights seem to be centering themselves off to the side thus probably causing the vibration. We checked almost everything with this car including motor (taken apart and rebuilt) motor mounts, tranny mounts drive shaft, flywheel weights etc.. I'll check the fluid again but not keeping my hopes up. Thanks for the tip though!!

It's not the weights.
If you want to prove your theory, the weights can be removed with no effects.
