The sound deadening material under all the carpet. Just take a heat gun and a paint scrapper to it, a really good amount of weight.

You can take your engine out? Just kidding, taking out stereo and speaker is a great weight reduction but than you have to think about always driving in silence. Take out CC system, cant think straight right now, will think of more

Do a search. I see this question in this forum about twice a week. There are pages long threads about it listing dozens and dozens of parts to remove and mods to do to lose weight.
Try searching for something like: weight AND remove

It weighs quite a bit and theres a good amount of it in the car too. I haven't removed it all yet and I forgot to weigh it.

not getting the TII badges or anything...

I like the looks of the TII hood more then the flat N/A one

also I am kinda in the works of doing a very slow turbo swap...

Don't listen to him. There is nothing wrong with putting that hood on your car. Just make sure you order the carbonfiber turbo hood from fc3s.org.

Alum hood NA or Turbo
Take off AC and PS
tkae out carpet, and sound deadening
take out storage boxes,
Rear speakers and hardware.
(you got to have some tunes)
take off the hatch, easy 40+ pounds
switch to single muffler, some 15 pounds
spare tire and tools
metal plate under pass side feet
pass side seat
center armrest (actually doesn't look to bad w/it gone)

basically you need to get creative think about what
you don't and won't use, or at least miss

May as well lose bumpers, headlight assemblies, sunroof assembly, rear lights, any excess body materials that arent part of the frame, all windows, doors.

Our 87 TII weighed 2500lbs with all carpet, stock seats, power windows, operational sunroof. Remove carpet and sound deadening last.

First place to save weight:
Use 51R battery, 10lbs lighter than stock.
Aftermarket exhaust, saved ~30lbs.
300ZX wheels, saved 24lbs
Lightweight flywheel 10lbs lighter

A little more hardcore:
Removed airpump, AC system, electric fan ~35lbs

Getting pretty hardcore:
Removed stereo, speakers, heater, spare tire, power antenna, jack, lug wrench, etc.

Stripping a stock car (spending no $$) leaves you with a loud, crappy POS. Doing the exhaust, smaller battery, lighter wheels, flywheel, etc. Makes the car faster without scraficing driveability, comfort, etc.

The lighter wheels and flywheel are a big one. Reducing rotational mass is just like reducing the total weight. If I could only find some S5 NA rotors . . .

Plexiglass windows...You dont need to roll down the passenger window so replace it with plexiglass yourself or have someone do it for like 75 bucks. or less. The hatch could save you 40lbs if you do lexan and lexan sunroof like mine but its stapled tot he from with screws racing style. Saved 30lbs and is leak proof but not good for resale for most poeple.

I don't think too many people with 7s have to worry about silence

don't forget to remove all those extra exhaust hangars when you switch to a single.
