Weatherstripping recycling for sunroof?

I did search and couldn't find a direct answer. Simple question: can I re-use the weatherstripping off my current sunroof panel onto a replacement?

If it's in good condition and comes off without a problem, I guess so. But why not just spend the few extra bucks and make sure you don't spring a leak?

When I called the local mazda dealership they gave me a price of about $130 for the weatherstripping. So if I can salvage mine if it's in fairly good shape I'd rather do that.
