waterpump bolts..lost them..

waterpump bolts..lost them..

okay i have no idea where the waterpump bolts went for this 88TII engine i have..so what size are thay? i looked in that one thread and it didnt show the size of the waterpump bolts...thanks a bunch

I think some of the water pump bolts are studs that you just slide the pump over and tighten it down with nuts, then I believe there are a few bolts as well. Did you lose those bolts or are you forgetting that you just use nuts for some of the points?

Also, bumping is not allowed in the tech section. While we would like fast answer to most problems, you have to allow time (sometimes days) for people to respond.

they are 8mm x1.25 i think..i just dont know how long they are

a few of them are long studs and a few are bolts.
Just go to the dealer and order a brand new set.
should cost you less than 30 bux.There always rusted or corroded anyways.
