water under pass seat

After a hard rainfall I find a puddle of water under the passenger seat.
I've checked the door seals and the sunroof seals and they look good. I've looked at the foot of the passenger floor and checked the floor in front of the seat and found no water. Only under the seat.
Where could it be coming from?
Help in Vancouver.

is the water specifically pooling under the seat or are there traces of water elsewhere on the floor on the right side?

If it was your heater core, the 'water' would be the same color, smell, and taste of your coolant.

Clear out your sunroof drains with an equal mix of baking soda and table salt. Then pour on some white vinegar. It'll act like draino, only it's safe and everyone has this stuff lying around in their kitchen. Let it sit and work for a few minutes and then rinse with water until it's clear.

I used this on my clogged hatch drains and the crud that hardens on the walls of the tubes....is nasty.

Drink it. If you die, you've got a bad heater core. If not... sweet! free water!

Going for the soda, salt and vinegar trick, bets a coat hanger and scratches. I'll let you all know how it turns out.
Thank you all for the help.

Exclamation wet floor

B careful the ecu is under the carpet area near your feet placement. Make sure it stays dry moisture from the carpet being wet could cause some future issues there. pull up the carpet and dry that area out good especialy the padding with a hair drier etc...
