I did the the water treatment today. It worked well. My big prob. that is still presistant is flooding. Do these tings just flood in the cold? (87' N/A 13b)?

flooding has to do with a couple of things, from ECU, somewhat faulty injectors, bad grounding, etc etc etc.
But on quick fix to it all is a cut off switch to the fuel pump for when starting and stopping the car/engine. I'll search around for you, hold on a minute.
and what do you mean by water trick? like atf but water? or different.

The water trick is just like the atf trick but instead of leting it sit you just run water through your dynamic chamber vacuum and let 2 liters run at 3-4 thousand rpms. the steam breaks up carbon but does not harm catsor oxgen sensors like atf does.

I just don't like the idea of water going through the engine like that so I would just take off the exhaust manifold so the cats were ok. Or actually just get rid of the cats anyways.

You can also get a header but is louder. Getting rid of the cats is the main increase in power. I hope you don't have emmission testing-if so disregard everything I wrote.
