water through throttlebody

Just a quick question. If the hoses are disconected from the BAC should water flow freely through the throttle body. The reason I ask is because I am replacing the hoses for the BAC and I noticed a lot of loose deposit in all the tubes. THinking that water isn't flowing through them I tried blowing and it is blocked somewhere in the trhrottle body. Is there another solenoid in there or is it plugged.

The TB is fed coolant from a nipple on the rear plate. If the engine is full of coolant you won't be able to blow through it. If you're worried about it not flowing you'll need to remove the UIM/TB to access the bottom hose.
