water temp question

i got my water temp installed and all working, got the sender tapped into the water neck right above the thermostat...my question is, what are the temps i should be seeing and get use too seeing

So where would be a good place to tap Into for a Water Gauge Sensor, without affecting the stock Sensor? Thermostat Housing?

Similar position as the water thermo sensor - it's consensus that it's the hottest area of the cooling system.
