Hey guys i'm having trouble finding the right water pump gasket for my 88 TII. well when i bought my car i was told i had an S5 motor in it but never really looked to see if it was truely an S5 motor because i didn't that S5's have electrical OMP's. so anyways i ordered an S5 water pump gasket from mazda and it didn't match up with my water pump. so my engine builder went to O'reiley's because he had a buddy who works there so he ordered one for an S4 motor and for some weird reason it STILL didn't match up. well i was told that i had a JDM motor and was wondering if it's possible that the JDM 13B turbo motor has a different size water pump gasket than the USDM motors. oh also i know my motor's a TII motor because when my builder opened it up i only have 4 ports so i know i don't have an N/A motor with a turbo stuck on it, I now have to take my water pump around and find a gasket that matches it, i figured your inputs would be helpful so i decided to post this.
