Exclamation water leak inside my fc

So i live in STL and its rather rainy right now. while i was driving today i noticed my ankle was getting cold. i dismissed it as my imagination. well it started to get colder and i reach down and my whole ankle, jeans and even sock was wet. so i stick my hand up underneath where all the wiring is and i notice its all wet. All the wiring is getting wet and that really bothers me. anyone now where it could be leaking from?

mine is a leaking windshield pull off your a-piller and watch around the windshield. The water leaks down on the inside of the piller and drains right down there.

yea, heater core would be leaking on the passanger side and if the heat's on, it would fog your windows VERY badly... been there... done that

Exactly.

Assuming that it's water, it seems pretty obvious to just follow the path up to where it's coming from. You're already taking your interior apart because leaving all the electronics + metal/vinyl/plastic wet is not a good idea, and if the electronics are getting wet driving probably isn't such a good idea either.

That has happened to me too, and its happened to a lot of people that I know. Probably worth checking out, but like i said - you're already taking apart everything that was in the path of the water (working backwards if you like that) because you need to make sure that nothing was/is damaged and dry everything off to make sure that nothing becomes damaged. From experience, a little water can go a long way.

Mine leaks as well, I am thinking it is the sunroof drain tube... I will have to pull it apart and take a look. I just hate taking interior panels out because you end up scratching them or breaking them

do you have ac? it could be the ac condensor drip pan. if the drain tube gets clogged the pan overflows. their is a tube that sticks out on the firewall on the passenger side. stick a pipe cleaner in their and see if it starts pouring water out.
