Hi ive jus been ringin the insurance companies and have found out that i can get 3rd party for $160 US a year but ive got a $780 US excess. i was jus wondering as it doent matter to insurance if its modified turboed etc. wether i should get a gen1 or gen2 and should i get turbo or NA. Bare in mind that i am 16 so i cant afford to much in petrol. i was thinking of buying a gen1 rx7 with a blown motor etc and importing or rebuilding a motor and putting that in??? i dunno what do u guys think?

im jus wondering which is better value for money the gen1 or gen2 as in reliability petrol tc. and how fast are gen 1's can they be made to go fast eg 14-15 sec 1/4's also with gen 2's are the 13bs much better than the 12A in the gen 1????
