wastgate porting?

This may sound stupid, but I was wondering what it costs (average) to get a S4 wastgate ported. I need to get this done because I get boost creep bad with my current setup. I will also get bigger secondary injectors + fuel pump in near future.

its not that difficult to port it yourself, i just did it a few weeks back, takes only a few minutes and a rotary tool. of course my turbo was already out of the car when i did it.

buy a dremel! not the greatest for doing this but that's how i did ittakes a little longer is all. and its a little tricky getting it flush so the flapper sits flush. its recommended to use a die grinder though.

I recommend a milling machine.

^he's absolutely right^ money well spent for your cars sake!^ safe way of knowing it wont be your fault the wastegate is leaking due to an uneven surface!

The hard part is getting the turbo off.
Waste gate porting is easy.
It's all about flow.
No worries about standing wave resonance or tune.

Another trick is filing off the back of the door, so it can open wider.
