warning(check) lights doesn't on !

warning(check) lights doesn't on !
Yesterday my 87 RX-7 can't start.
After check it, i found the main fuse got some problem, and the battery dead, too.
So I changed new battery and new main fuse yesterday.
After I finish the changing, I tried start my car.
It runs normal, but only seat belt and brake warning lights were on when i turned key to on position.
Warning lights should be all on when the key is on and off when engine isrunning. Please tell me which part should i check.

try Meter fuse,room fuse..under the Drivers side Kick panel.may also be an Instrument fuse..sorry I don't have my Manual Stuff handy..but if is a fuse it would be located there.only other thing I can think of is a bad Idiot cluster.
