warm idle problems

does anyone have any Idea what would cause the engine to run rough and stall when it warms up? I just put a new engine into my 86 and It runs great untill it reached operating temp, then it idles rough and stalls.

Go after basic (and easiest) stuff first. Vacuum leak(s), TPS, timing... Something's going after when the warm-up circuit hands things off...
